Description: This is an unopened LP from 1981 in its shrink wrap. Future Travel, by David Rosenboom. New Old Stock (NOS). There is a slight tear in the shrink wrap at the bottom right corner so I'm listing it as "Near Mint" instead of "Mint". (Recorded at Zoetrope Studios, San Francisco. I am the recording engineer on this album and since it came out I've been storing this extra copy of this LP by an extraordinary artist. I'm moving so paring down.) From his website: David Rosenboom is a composer-performer, interdisciplinary artist, author and educator, known as a pioneer in American experimental music. Since the 1960s he has explored the spontaneous evolution of musical forms, languages for improvisation, new techniques in scoring for ensembles, multi-disciplinary composition and performance, cross-cultural collaborations, performance art and literature, interactive multi-media and new instrument technologies, generative algorithmic systems, art-science research and philosophy, and extended musical interface with the human nervous system.
