The unit turns on and beeps, and then about 4 seconds later, it clicks and resets and beeps again and continues to do that, but It never fully shuts off unless you power it off. I'm not familiar with this type of thing, so I'm not sure if it can be fixed or if it's supposed to do that. Either way, I'm selling it for parts or repair. Everything else on the unit looks to be in good condition with some minor wear/cosmetic blemishes. Please see pictures for condition/flaws. The item is sold as is. Thank you.
