Overall, it is nice displayable condition -- perfect for your doll room and your antique baby dolls! The bed end board is adjustable, allowing dolly to either sit up or recline. (I can't get it to lie flat and I'm afraid to push it.) The metal frame shows its age. See pictures. Original rubber wheels. Note only one hubcap is present. The wheels will squeak when pushing the buggy. I note a light warp on the hood and also the side of the buggy directly below / adjacent to the (replaced) wing nut. There are a few wicker breaks. See photos. Note the cute little windows on either side of the hood. The buggy measures approximately 19.6" tall, 28" tall including hood.
