This is a rangefinder camera previously called "Contax". In the brochure of 1960 we can read: "The apparatus...is mainly intended for newspaper photographer's work and skilled amateur photographers". It has the metallic shutter of "jalousie" type, movement of shutters is top-down along the short side of a shot. Exposures are V, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 125, 250, 500, 1250. The shutter is equipped with the automatic releaser with speed 9-15 sec. The camera is completed with the standard lens "Jupiter 8". Both simplex and double-cylinder cassettes can be used. Works properly. Lens is clean, no scratches. Focusing and stopping are smooth. Viewfinder is clean. Comes with case, lens cap, metal film cassette. Made by Arsenal factory in Kiev, Ukraine.
