It provides an alternate path for release of excess steam in high pressure steam systems. The 3/4 Inch 15 PSI low pressure steam relief valve is perfect for heating and cooling applications. It is used to relieve excessive pressure in systems and maintain the normal operating pressure. It includes a 3/4 Inch outlet, two 1/2 Inch NPT ports for drain connections, and a 1/2 Inch NPT port that allows for valve service.
