Description: This is a compressible material made for use on an offset printing press. But it is also used by people with Blick & other etching presses as part of their layers of felt blankets. Also used by some for Wood Block printing & other art applications The bottom layer of the blanket is cotton canvas. It has a slightly compressible layer in the center, and the face of the blanket is a chemical resistant black nitrile rubber. The thickness of the blanket is perfectly consistent across the entire surface. It is .077" thick, which is just a little over 1/16". The size is 24" x 16" If you want a larger quantity of these, please send us a message telling us how many you are looking for and we will get you a deal. Most of these have a blue top surface. Occasionally we have some other colors like red, orange, black, or green. If you have your heart set on a specific color, then please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are looking for a different size, we also have a listing for 24" x 30" and 12" x 26" and 12" x 36" and a 12" x 21" blanket for this same purpose.
