This is a Vintage Singer Hemstitcher and Picot Edger Sewing Machine Attachment for Models 15 and 201. Singer part number 121387 (attachment) and 121388 (throat plate for class 15 and 201 machines). This comes with the attachment, throat plate, thumbscrew, instructions and box lid. The attachment was inspected and appears to be in working order. The point is sharp and the outer feet have their pads. I did not sew with it, but walked it through it motions compared it to others I have. It moves very smoothly. Overall, it is in good condition. All parts are in good condition. The instructions are dated 1939. They are creased with no writing and some rips. The box lid is taped in one corner and the box bottom is discolored.
