Description: Whether this is your first Geotrax set or you are a collector, this Geotrax city themed lot provides everything you need to build a fun and customizable train set. I recommend this set to any child 3-10, or anyone who wants an easy to build train set. In my opinion, Geotrax is one of the greatest train set toy lines for children, but it has unfortunately been out of production for some time. The train tracks easily click together to form whatever custom design you can imagine. The powered train is remote operated and runs around your layout, and the other trains can be pushed around by hand. The pillars act as track raisers to build the track up high. This lot includes over 80 pieces, and although they have been played with for years, all of the parts are in working condition. Unfortunately, due to those years of play, most of the accessories have been lost to time, meaning that the barrel factory has no barrels and the track doesn’t come with train signal signs, but I still believe there is plenty of fun to be offered. The powered train and remote still works, but I recommend being careful when putting the batteries in as it seems to be degrading in the battery electric connectors.
