Open to offers but ultimately buyer will need to come my condo downtown Chicago and have ability to remove items from the unit. I will need at least 1 week lead time to book the elevator so that the pieces can be brought down to loading dock. Buyer needs to come up to my condo unit and responsible for bring the items to the loading dock so that it can be transferred to vehicle. The chest of drawers and Armoire are single pieces and do not require disassembly. But for the dresser/hutch, the hutch will need to be detached from the dresser in order to get it out of the bedroom/condo. Looking to sell all items (no single pieces). There is a fourth piece - a matching convertible full bed (that can be converted to a crib or a single bed) if the buyer is interested in that item as well.
