This is an oblong booklet format of 16 pages measuring about 9.25” x 12.25”. This catalog lists a few hundred farms for sale with descriptions of each and photos of many. The front cover indicates this catalog has listings for Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and Delaware. This catalog isn’t dated but is an original early 20th century antique that looks to have been produced in the 1910s.
