Description: This sale is for a Series 1 Bowflex 552 dumbbell replacement weight/plate. This is the #5 weight/plate and has a weight of about 7.8 lbs. The tab on these plates is showing some stress but still in tact. Still currently works fine with no issues but life span may be limited due to the pre existing stress. On the very bottom where the plate goes into the cradle the plastic sides were coming apart a little bit so some hot glue was used to keep them together. This plate will NOT work with the Bowflex SelectTech 552 series 2. The difference between the two is the series 1 have a gray tab and the series 2 have a red tab. Hey all!
