This HC-2 uses the same circuit and BA662 IC chip as the TR-808 and TR-909 use for their clap sound! The HC-2 was released in 1984, making this beauty one of the first ones that ever hit the shelves. According to its serial number it was built in November, 1983. The serial number can be found in the battery compartment. It is 364200.Condition:• This is a used unit• This unit is in great condition for its age! It shows some small marks, nicks and light scratches on the unit and knobs. Nothing major at all. It still has its battery cover too! • This unit has been thoroughly tested and works as it should. • This unit can power off a 9V battery or standard Boss 9V Centre Negative power supply. Battery is not included. A Power supply will be included for Australian and New Zealand buyers only. • This sale is for the HC-2 unit and power supply (AU and NZ only).
