FAQs & Additional Information I have utilized stock photos because the item is in new condition and still in the box; it looks like a store-bought item. To take photos, I would have to remove it from the packaged box and then re-clean everything increasing wear for the next potential buyer. Personal photos are helpful when determining any blemishes, but in this case, it is literally new so it would be superfluous. There are no issues or problems with this item. It is in brand new condition both physically and functionally. I only temporarily removed the plastic shipping screen protector for my initial testing, but then carefully re-applied it for shipping. The screen is in perfect condition both aesthetically and functionally, with no scratches, mars, etc. The lens port cap arrived brand new to me with a slight surface difference in sheen on one very small part of the front of the cap, likely due to where it was removed from the mold. This area is completely separate and on the other side from the area that interfaces with the camera, therefore could not at all effect functionality.
