New promotional item - never put on a keychain and used. The ball chain is free from corrosion and the Versatel card is in perfect condition with no cracking or chipping. There is some very minor surface scratching that comes from 40-years of (largely undisturbed) shelf wear. Cool piece of B of A history and banking memorabilia.
