This high quality Gothic revival office set (desk, pair of bookcases and a chair) is from France and it dates to the late 1800's or early 1900's. It is made from solid oak finished to a warm medium oak color. It features beautifully detailed carvings throughout and a complex set of doors and drawers in the desk. The entire set is in very good antique condition with only minor nicks and scratches as expected in an antique. Note the chip in the top edge of one of the desk drawers (see photos). When this set arrives here at our Oregon facility we will inspect, clean and wax as needed prior to shipping to you. Dimensions: the desk is 59" wide, 33.5" deep and 30" high; the bookcases are each 80" high, 50" wide and 21" deep. Pricing: because we can sell items earlier we don't charge as much. Prices for these advance purchase items are 20-40% below our usual pricing. Payment: you don't need to pay the entire price immediately.
