It's a waterproof shell made with GORE-TEX C-KNIT fabric, so it's lightweight and breathable. Arc'teryx made it for trail running but it's good for everyday wear if you like minimalist outerwear. Note: There is one small dirt mark/blemish on the upper right arm roughly one inch long from storage (see last photo). Very small, not very noticeable but I understand this might be a deterrent for some buyers. This might come out in a wash cycle but I'll leave that up to a buyer to attempt it.
