The front of this medal has the Virgin Mary on it and the words translate from Latin to "Show thyself A Mother". The words on the back translate from French to "Congregation of the Children of Mary, Saint Anne-Lannion." Lannion is a town in France where the Monastery of Saint Anne is located. This medal measures approx. 1 1/8" wide x 1 1/4" high, is a thinner medal, and tested positive for silver. There is also a French silver hallmark on the bail.
