Description: For sale is a superb serving dish / fruit basket / bowl made by KPM in the early 20th century . It is the nicest piece in this style I know off and the flower decoration is much harder to find than the fruit one. A superbly modeled piece of a very nice size perfect for use in your kitchen or dining room as well as for display. The piece is hand painted with a really nice flower scene in the center including some pink and yellow flowers as well as some tiny blue ones and their leaves plus the rim itself is painted with gold on a raised design. A handle at each end to help with holding it when full. The piece is in perfect condition with some very very minor wear. The dish is 14.5 inches wide, 9.25 inches deep and 3.375 inches tall. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter, the red orb mark as well as the usual painter's / gilder's and impressed marks for this period as shown.
