Lower front hinge has very thin, superficial split from the bottom edge up about an inch that does not go through the cover and remains superficial to the leather. Interior of the book is clean and well intact with a few pencil notations on the front endpapers. Book's binding is tight and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 179 pages, measures approximately 6 1/4 x 4 x 5/8 inches and weighs about 1/2 of a pound.
