In the bottom right of the photo is a logo with the words “ROTOPHOP BERLIN” underneath, above the logo is •K•1542• Rotophot began around the turn of the century (1900) in Berlin and had other offices throughout Europe including London and Budapest. The frame size is 10 3/8” inches wide by 12 1/4” inches high and 1” inch thick. The photograph is 5 7/8” inches wide by just over 7 3/4” inches high. The frame is in excellent condition for age, there are a few small areas on the inner gold rim where the paint has come away, the rear is as was originally and has a little wear to the paper at the top.
