Description: Very large stunning sterling handled silver scissors. Stunning figural engraving. There is a thirteen on the scissor itself with what looks to be a b c . There are also markings on the handle, but I can't get a good reading of them. Maybe with a magnifying glass, you can. These are in beautiful shape. They sit nicely on a table and then the scissor park goes upwards, so I don't know what they were used for but they are stunning.
