This is a VERY UNUSUAL and antique cameo glass lamp base, signed DN ( for DAUM Nancy ) with the “ croix de Lorraine “ Cross of Lorraine ( see photos ), on the main body. Stamped underneath France ( see photo ). All with floral motifs, landscaping decoration. Multiple colors , varied from light brown , light orange, red , yellow.( see photos ). Mounted with Art Nouveau wrought iron, hammered and scroll decoration ( support for the shade ). Original iron screws . Please see photos carefully to admire the beauty of the work. H : 11 inches ( 28 cm ) total height. H : 8 1/2 inches ( 22 cm ) glass base only. W : 5 inches ( 13 cm ) diameter at the base. Weight : 1 lbs 7.3 oz ( 660 grams ).
