Description: Antique Bohemian Moser Style Art Glass Crystal Vase Red Hand Painted Gold Floral From the Moser collection of an expert in old American glass, who also knew European products aimed at the western market, as was the case with enameled Moser. In fact they had it tagged as signed Moser but we find no such mark or signature. Our research does indicate that the technique and materials are consistent with Moser Bohemian crystal products of the early twentieth century. Whether or not it's Moser it is a beautiful item. The heavily gilded leaves point like arrows at the top and bottom rims and, with the red to clear transition, have a striking effect out of proportion to its moderate size (8-1/2" tall). No defects or damage found. Minor handling wear to the pattern around the middle indicate that this is truly an antique, not a reproduction.
