Description: ANTIQUE PRIMITIVE BASKET This superbly crafted oak wood splint basket has a 9" square bottom that rises to a 10-1/2" diameter mostly rounded double rim top with a fixed handle. It is 6-1/2" tall to the rim, 11" to the handle, and weighs 1+ pounds. It has worn bluish green paint on the exterior which was a later addition. It is in very good tight condition with small areas of missing rim wrap and missing splint on the corners. A beautiful uniquely crafted primitive wood splint basket with good paint!
