The condition of the map is excellent, the map is 4 pages and any side would frame and display quite nicely, the first page is Part of Garden City, the next 2 pages is an amazing map titled Manhassett, not the misspelling, Kensington and Glenwood (Landing), the last page is Part of Garden City, the maps are very detailed with the roads, named home and land areas, size of land areas, size and locations of buildings and much more of this period. This is an antique map and not a reprint or reproduction, the map is printed on thick fine paper. The handcoloring on the map is period to the map, this is before color printing. The map is from the very rare 1914 E. Belcher Hyde Atlas of Nassau County New York. The photo wont show the full beauty of the map. The size of the 2 page map is 15" by 25", and the single page map is half that size. The map is in nice shape and would frame and display quite beautifully.
