Description: A nice powder horn from the 1800s. The horn is in very nice condition with a nicely carved spout. The cap is held in place with brass nails and has an initial, H, carved in it. The spout plug is missing. This horn was part of my dad's collection of black powder accessories. I'm sure it came to him via his father who did auctioneering from the late 50s until the mid 70s in Vermont. No paperwork was with it. The pictures show the size and condition of the horn very well.
