(The production opened March 7th, 1967 at the Off-Broadway Theatre 80 St. Marks in New York City and ran for 1597 performances while simultaneously playing on the road. A move to New York's John Golden Theatre on June 1st, 1971 resulted in an additional 32 performances.) .....
