Description: Amiga 1000 CPLD RGB-to-HDMI Digital Video Adapter (RGB2HDMI / RGBtoHDMI)LinuxJedi's CPLD Version 1.3a You are buying a blank, unpopulated PCB to build a HDMI video output adapter for the Amiga 1000 Denise socket. Only one major IC is required to be soldered. With the help of a Raspberry Pi Zero this adapter can get a digital 12bit, super sharp, pixel exact and crystal clear image out of your vintage computer. All required software for the Pi is available for free. Links and BOM parts description will be supplied.A Raspberry Pi single-board computer is not part of this sale and has to be sourced elsewhere. PCB Thickness: 1.6mmPCB Color: PurpleSilkscreen: White Material Type: FR4-Standard Tg 130-140C From the original description:This adaptor uses a CPLD to pass the RGB and sync signals from the Amiga 1000 Denise socket to the Rasperry Pi Zero. It derives the pixel clock in a very different way to other designs and therefore does not require a jumper for Denise / Super Denise and has no "sparkling" pixel issues. It also has the advantage of being firmware upgradable if there are any issues found in the logic. **ATTENTION PI Zero 2W users**: You can now use a Pi Zero 2W with the CPLD RGBtoHDMI using the December 24th 2021 release. The Amiga 1000 does not have CSYNC wired to Denise. There are two ways around this, the first is to wire CSYNC to the Denise socket on the motherboard using a patch wire. This is pin 8 of UA6 to pin 32 of Denise. **NOTE**: If you have a Rejouvenator in your Amiga 1000, this patches the CSYNC and you don't need a patch wire, using the CSYNC pin can cause sync issues with a Rejouvenator. ________________ Expedited shipping option preferred as it includes insurrance and would be safer in case of any trouble with the current international shipping chaos.
