Description: Nanuk 908 case built to run an icom ic 2730a dual band Tranceiver. (Radio and battery Not included). You provide radio and battery. Internal wiring is set up for Anderson power pole connectors. You will need an adapter for the icom molex connector or modify for power pole connectors. Provide your own lithium battery and plug into the power poles. The radio head rests in the slot shown. You may want to add Velcro for the head but I found it useful to tilt for better viewing. Either way the head is secure when the top is closed. I built this out myself with quality parts, tested works without issues. It is up to the buyer to be familiar with basic electrical principles and operation of 12 volt systems. Some minor adjustments may be necessary by the user to meet their requirements. You can charge other devices through usb, usb type C. Great accessory for any shack! I have built and tested with the icom 2730a only. Other radios may fit depending on the battery size you choose. The panel is aluminum. The panel mounting screws are included just not shown in the photos as I dismantled it for the photos. Also the white foam inside the case are for padding material to secure the radio and battery from movement. See photos for details.
