Description: Alone by Admiral Richard Byrd South Pole Expedition Adventure Hardcover 1938. From the Great Adventure Library series. Measurs about 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" with 296 pages. In good vintage condition. Cover has edge and corner wear, light soiling and tanning. Outside page edges have tanning, pages inside are also tanned (darker near the covers), no noticed handwriting or damaged pages. Priced lower than others due to the wear issues :-) We only deliver our packages using USPS. NO MEET-UPS OR HOME DELIVERY , and no UPS or Fed Ex (too far from our home to drop off packages). We try very hard to protect your purchase- books and other paper items get sent in plastic sleeves or bubble wrap surrounded by cardboard, other breakable items get packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or other protection to help avoid postal damage.
