DESCRIPTION: This is a vintage style bride’s gown. It’s made of white taffeta with a high stand up net lace neckline, embroidered net illusion with seed pearls and crystal-like rhinestones on the front yoke that sparkle under the light, net illusion back yoke, ruffle lace flounce, elastic puff off the shoulders sleeves trimmed with a flounce lace over long fitted sleeves coming down to a point. The bottom of the sleeve is closed with “button & loop at the wrist”. The back of the dress also has “button & loop” from the neckline down to the flounce where a zipper completes the closure. The full A-line skirt is adorned with a large rose lace applique in the front with rows of creamy white embroidered lace trim. Tiered rows of ruffled lace adorn the back skirt which extends into a chapel train. A hook at the back waist holds the chapel train into a bustle if desired (see photo) and a wrist loop on the underside back hemline can be used for holding the dress length if preferred. The dress was only worn once and then professional cleaned and preserved in a box (triple boxed actually). The dress has been taken out of the box to take photos and so it has a wrinkled look. It will be put back in the box(s) to ship it.
