A dainty white tassel decorates the handle of the cup. The set is presented in a little round “hatbox” which is similarly decorated. Approximate measurements are: The box is 6¼ inches in diameter and 3½ inches high. The saucer is 5¾ inches in diameter and the cup is 2½ inches high and 4 inches in diameter. Note - the round box has been stored for a while, resulting in a bit of fading around the lid. This does not detract from the beauty or thoughtfulness of the gift. Now…how about a cup of tea?
