Customer covers shipping (initial and return) and no restocking fee applies if item is brand new. Brand new includes all packaging, tags, etc in perfect condition. Items which are not brand new may be subject to a 50% restocking fee or not accepted at all. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).Please contact us for return RMA and return address. All items ship to the address provided in checkout. Please submit an order cancellation request if you need the item shipped to a different address. We may require Signature on any orders. All orders for bikes require Signature.
