Hove is part of the Brighton - Hove area on the English coast. The Sterling Silver is hallmarked on each piece, but the marks are small and worn. I can make out the Lion Rampant hallmark, which is the English Assay Mark for Sterling Silver. No cracks or chips. Sterling is tarnished. I've cleaned it somewhat, but it needs more cleaning.
