Description: Beautiful Acorns! These are select acorns collected from our 100 year old oak in front of our house. The acorns have been heat treated to kill bugs and for preservation. Acorns are sprayed with clear matte finish to help preserve the caps and keep them looking nice. If you don't want your acorns sealed please let me know. The tops are all on the acorns at time of shipping however, even with careful packaging, some tops might come off during shipping, These can be glued back on. I find wood glue works best for glueing the tops back on. Follow directions on the glue for best results. These acorns will last for a long time. These acorns are for NOT for planting. The photo shows the general condition of the acorns. Each acorn is different. These acorns were hand selected for condition and will all have a nice top with part of the branch still attached to the cap. Please allow for some color and size variance. I will gladly provide more photos if requested. To help keep costs down and stuff out of the landfill I may use clean recycled packing material if applicable.
