Some of the parts were new but most were used and a lot are unknown years. Pull off parts could be taken off of the bike for multiple reasons. Most reasons would be: replaced by an aftermarket part, defected in some way, color change, dings, scratches, nicks, chips, dents and bends. Over stock parts are just parts that have been sitting for a long period of time that have not moved.
