The Spanjian logo says San Marcos California USA (means it was made sometime after 1971. Judging from the shape I would say before 1980) The letters and numbers are patch machine sewn onto the jersey. It was most likely a practice jersey for player no. 28 at that time. Clean, washed and ready to wear. Some minor color bleed on white parts. Some tiny specks here or there of discoloring.
