The buyer is responsible for all postage costs unless it is a mistake on our part, in which case we will cover the postage costs. 3. When returning goods, they must be well packed and in original condition and packaging. 4. Returned goods must be accompanied with original invoice or PayPal receipt and with a brief note explaining why the item is being returned. 5. Please note we cannot exchange goods or complete refunds until the original item has been returned in original condition. 6. Any used parts/items showing signs of wear and tear or not in original condition will not be accepted as a return. 7. All items must be checked on delivery wherever possible any damages must be noted on the delivery note or refused and sent back with the driver. We cannot accept goods back for damages if the delivery note is signed as received in good condition. 3. All Royal Mail deliveries that are received damaged must be reported within 24 hours. (as per royal mail policy) 4. Any Damaged item that is reported within the allotted time will be replaced by us wherever possible. If we are unable to replace a refund will be issued once we have received the item back. If a damaged item is returned, the costs of returning back must be met by the customer, if a claim with the courier is successful for damage then the all of the return cost (within reason) will be refunded to the customer 5. We can issue a partial refund for the damage if the buyer prefers to keep the item but we must be notified within 24 hours. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage. 6. Regarding items that are faulty, we will only reimburse the cost of the item (or replace the item) and your return postage costs up to a reasonable amount and are not liable for any other costs.
