Description: 6 Gold Encrusted Monogram Coupe Bowls Hand Painted Lycett & Sons Beaded Rim A lovely set of 6 porcelain coupe shape soup bowls. The have a beaded rim and slight fluted shape to the edge. These bowls were hand painted with the stunning gold rim and monogram at the William Lycett Co. in Atlanta, Ga in the early 20th century. One bowl is marked with the porcelain factory mark of Victoria Austria and a green crown. This mark was used by Victoria Porcelain Schmidt & Co. in Bohemia from 1904-1918. All the bowls have a Lycett mark. The bowls measure 7 3/8 inches diameter. Height is 1.5 inches. Beautiful gold beaded rim and monogram SCL. A narrow gold band at the outer base. Excellent condition. No damage. Gold is in beautiful condition. A few bowls have a tiny dark speck common in antique porcelain. Please view the photos. A stunning set! Please take a look at many new items added daily.
