We cannot guarantee hatch rate due to things beyond our control such as USPS handling, your incubator and experience in hatching. We do not accept returns as this is an item that cannot be resold after a few days. We do not give refunds. The eggs are fertile when they leave our farm and have the chance of being mishandled, shaken, dropped, x-rayed, or many other things that could happen during shipping that could lower your hatch rate or possibly ruin your hatch rate to zero (x-ray). These are not every day occurrences since you can see how great our comments are. If you have an issue where you can see the box was mistreated then you do have 60 days to put in a claim with USPS and we do carry up to $100 insurance on each package in case of mishandling. For a claim you must have pictures of the box showing the damage and the shipping label. You also must keep the box as they may ask to see it. They will ask for an invoice to see the purchase price which you can get from your purchase here on Ebay.
