A shortage parts manager at boeing told me the company is a boeing supplier (but I thought he said they were in Wichita, I looked up the company name and it is in Tacoma, not sure if heard him wrong or if he remembered incorrectly or if in fact there is a Wichita company of the same name etc). I assume these are employee identification badges of some kind, maybe for hats or work uniforms, they remind me of tool tags except for the pin bars, anyway I'm not 100% sure what they are.
