I personally pulled these out of my chevy coupe parts car years ago so you know they are the correct ones you need.left and right. these might also fit in the 40 pontiac because lots of things interchanged between the 2 cars according to the hollender book but I will let you make that call. good shape but you will probably want to clean and relube them. As you and I both know these are extremely hard to find.
