These Athena tiles offered are like new old stock and one of two designs for ceramic tiles with bas-relief patterns created by George Nelson: "Laurel Leaf," a single diagonal leaf motif with alternate raised and recessed areas and the "Athena," offered in this listing which is a convex version of basic half-round motif in creme with grey mottled pattern.
