The snap caps are printed in PLA+ using 100% infill to give each training round the strongest tensile strength--comparable to injection filled molding processes. Rubber primers are added to the dummy rounds to reduce wear on firing pins. Given the nature of FDM printers, the snap caps may have some slight cosmetic differences due to stringing and plastic remnants.
