Description: 3 VTG Japanese Tin Litho Toy Vehicles, NOS/NIB, 1950s, Rare, Collectible Toys Three vintage, unused, tin toy vehicles in the original 1950s dime store packaging are offered together for your consideration. We believe these are friction-run based on an internet search of identical pieces, but this particular set has not been tested. Each piece appears unblemished when studied through the clear packaging, although we can't see the undercarriage or wheels due to a cardboard sleeve. The original package is in overall good condition with only a few tiny holes in the plastic and some top edge wear of the cardboard facing. Vehicles are approximately 3" long x 1 1/2" wide x 1-1 1/4" tall and are made of stamped tin, each displaying its own detailed, colorful, vivid lithography. 1) Police Cruiser, green and white, #3621, "Japan." A little taller than the other two by 1/4". 2) Fire Truck, No. 1, red with blue, white, and yellow trim, #4275, "Japan." Front license plate reads "8-22." 3) Coal Delivery Vehicle, yellow with red and blue trim and black coal, #1584, "Japan." A rare, collectible trio of NOS/NIB tin toy vehicles from postwar Japan.
