Our blades are made from high-quality M2 - DMo5 tool steel for industrial cutting. During the manufacturing process, they are heat treated and hardened to 65 HRc, triple tempered, and press quenched to preserve their flatness. Grinding is done on a CNC machine to your preferred tooth count and geometry. Our blades are just as good or better than the blades you have used in the past.
