We send you a DPD label so that you can drop off the item at a local pick up point at your convenience or we can arrange for a courier to pick up from your home, again at a time that suits you. 30 DAYS If the issue has occurred in the first 30 days we will of course be able to recover your item and aside from a repair or replacement. However, there is a refund option at this point if the fault is evident upon return.
