Plastic outer wrap has been cut as part of the 2024 Upper Deck National wrapper redemption program. Plastic wrap still covers the box entirely aside from the cuts on the box. Packs are the original packs from the box, NO packs have been touched/tampered/swapped in any capacity. Box will include all of its original packs. Boxes just needed to have plastic wrap cut and were then placed back in to the case. If looking for boxes to rip, this is a great way to get a discounted product!
