It Is a Bolt On! No Modifications Needed it mounts into the factory oem bolt holes. Manufactured and Made in the USA This fender eliminator plate is made in the USA with 1/4” US made cold rolled Steel. Our kit includes the custom plate and comes with everything you need to mount it as it uses the stock bolts that held the fender mount on. This plate was made to be used with out seat mounting kits for the Indian Scout and Scout Bobber. Seats and seat mounting kits are Sold Separately. This option fits : Mother Roads Option and Will also fit with the 1920 or 1901 Solo Seat by Indian Item # 2880905-01 if you need a plate for the stock seat we have another listing in our ebay store.
