(2) In the event that you are returning a part that is assumed to be in good working condition, make sure to reaffix the anti-static tubing (if applicable), and do your best to return it how you received it. We understand that sometimes our packing will limit this, and we will offer exception in these instances. If a part that is returned in good working condition is not packed properly, resulting in the item not being relisted for sale, there will be a restocking fee of 20%. (3) Each of our boards has a unique signature, so be sure that you are not returning your defective/damaged parts in the place of our boards! In the event that a board is returned without a signature, you will be prompted to return the correct board, and will be required to cover shipping on the second return. Until we receive the correct board(s), no refund will be issued.
